Adobe Muse
Adobeeeeee Muse Aaaaaaaaaaaadobeeeeeeeee MoooooooooouuuZe.

Greetings and salutations.
This has to be one of the esiest website building programs ever. If you could care less about codes and back end crap you should get this. A monkey could make websites with Muse.
The price of this was confusing to find out. I first thought it was $14.99 and was thinking how could you not have this for 15 dolla? Thats not the actual retail price! Here is the Pricing Model: Creative Cloud complete annual membership is $49.99 billed monthly. Single downloadable app membership (for Muse CC) is:
$24.99 month-to-month
$14.99 per month for an annual commitment billed monthly
$239.88 prepaid for new users
240 dolla! I suppose you have to pay for the convenience of being able to construct websites with a tiny amount of brain power. A bit too pricey for what it is I think. It should be more $80 - $120 and at that price it would be absolutly worth it. Maybe the price will come down or you could get a used Muse to use for amusement! Ha!
Everything in Muse is drag and drop copy and paste friendly. I was lost on it for awhile looking for import buttons and menu's to insert Flash and other fun stuff. I found a HTML box to place any HTML code. I tried it out with some code I copied from the interweb. It worked like magic beans. This is the crude and crapy code I used to test it.
<!-- HERE IS HTML -->
<div class="mum">
   <div class="baby">
       I am the baby that should be centered!
   </div>
</div>
<!-- HERE IS CSS -->
<style>
.mum {
   display: table;
   width: 100%;
}
.baby {
   display: table-cell;
   text-align: center;
   vertical-align: middle;
}
</style>

I grabbed it from this site:     https://snipt.net/
Cool site with fun stuff on it. I'm going to build a website with Muse for fun and entertainment purposes. I will show it off in the next BL0G post. That is if I finnish it. If not don't throw a fit or cry. That's one of the awesome things about writing a BL0G... Im not obligated to do it. I only write stuff if I feel like it.  So getting back to the topic and how easy it is to use Muse. It can intergrate Flash which is cool. Muse also has widgets like WordPress.                                                     -

State button; This is a button with roll over and various different states it can be in. Wow thrilling i know

Compositions; you can embed HTML inside this widget, like featured news content. A lightbox display, presentation, and tool tip.

Forms; Easy as pie contact forms. Yeeeehaw!

Menus; Horizontal and vertical menus so people can click click clickity click on buttons.

Panels; accordian and tabbed panels. Cool stuff to play with.
Slideshows; Everyone's favorite! Lots of different slideshows to choose from to show off your glorious pictures to the world!

Social; This is self explanatory. Facebook, google+, etc........
Plenty of stuff to add content for your website with the built in widgets. You can also get templates and more widgets from the interweb. I found a bunch of free stuff searching for "free Muse widgets templates" and "Muse resources" Lots of free stuff to be had and too much "pay for it" junk as well.  There is more fun stuff to Muse to use and amuse you. Ha! If you want to learn more Muse you can go here and in no time you will be a Muse master. Well at least Muse adequate.

Thats all for this BL0G post until next time. I will leave off with a quote.

Cygwin

Cygwin is a large collection of GNU and Open Source tools which provide functionality similar to a Linux distribution on Windows. How awesome is that? Its like having a linux minime terminal to play with on your windows box. If youre curious about how the terminal runs and the wonderful things it does and you don't want to set up a dual boot system or if you just want to play around with a neo Linux terminal toy then Cygwin is for you.
a DLL (cygwin1.dll) which provides substantial POSIX API functionality. The Cygwin DLL currently works with all recent,  released x86 32 bit and 64 bit versions of Windows, starting with Windows XP SP3. I'm running it on my favorite Windowz version right now. Thats Windowz Se7en in case you're wondering. Its the best Windowz OS in my opinion. I will rephrase that and write its the best Windowz OS for me. I say that because there is no such thing as actual best. The best operating system is the one you know and has the most use for you. I used to think Windowz 98 was the best and I disliked WinXP. Only because I didn't know WinXP all that well and when I did get to know it, that became my favorite best.

Woweee sidetracked. Cygwin Cygwin Cygwin Cygwin project is https://cygwin.com/  A full installation at the time I wrote this is probably larger than 1 GB installed, not including the package archives themselves nor the source code.
Cygwin User's Guide at https://cygwin.com/cygwin-ug-net/cygwin-ug-net.html and an API Reference at https://cygwin.com/cygwin-api/cygwin-api.html. The individual GNU tools at http://www.fsf.org/manual/
(You should read GNU manuals from a local mirror, check http://www.fsf.org/server/list-mirrors.html for a list of them.)
For more info click on the FAQ - https://www.cygwin.com/faq.html

Its really very awesome once you get it up and running. If I ever need a Linux Terminal quick fix I always use Cygwin to get my fill.  Here is the packages that you can use with Cygwin.

I used SSH in Cygwin. I was surfing the interweb and came across some free shell servers on this website. http://www.openshells.net/ I thought I want a free shell to play with. I tried to telnet into the SSH server but that doesn't work so I remembered I had Cygwin installed Yipeee! It didn't go how I wanted it to because sometimes that happens.

Cygwin~  <-- this is not at all based on reality. I replaced the terminal name. I was having login issues, lo and behold my retardation is up next:

Greetings and salutations. Just in case you like reading this stuff and because I felt the need to add to the last blog posting....Introducing:

-=blog 7.5=-

HTML5, like I wrote in the previous posting in my opinion is awesome. Its a core technology markup language of the WWW consortium. HTML5 is the fifth revision of the HTML standard.
Vannevar Bush first proposed the basics of hypertext in 1945
Tim Berners-Lee invents the Web with HTML as its publishing language. - 1989
The earliest HTML document on the WWW dates - Tue, 13 Nov 1990
HTML - 1990
HTML Tags - 1991
HTML DTD 1.1 - 1992
HTML draft - 1993
HTML 2.0 - 1994
HTML 3.2 - 1997
HTML 4.0 - 1998
HTML5 - 2008 [full specification - 2014]
HTML5 isn't slated to become a standard until at least 2022
HTML5 includes new mark-up elements to improve structure:

<article> Designed for external content like a blog, forum, or any other content from an external source.
<header> Can be used as an introduction of a document or section.
<nav> Designed for a section of navigation.
<section> Designed for a section in a document like chapters, headers, footers, or any other sections of the document.

Some of HTML5 new media elements:
<audio> Used for multimedia content, such as sound, music or audio streams.
<video> Used for video content, such as a movie clips or video streams.

A lot of people are saying Flash vs HTML5 what is better? I say HTML5 + Flash = Awesome websites

Flash uses ActionScript, which is an object-oriented programming language that is a cross platform technology for creating and manipulating graphics. It is used for animation, video and interactivity.  Flash has been around for years and was originally released by Macromedia and later purchased by Adobe.

Almost Bl0G ZeR0 Se7EN

Almost Bl0G ZeR0 Se7EN

Its been alooong while since Ive written anything. So here it goes yet another Bl0G thing. I constructed a Website in HTML5 for fun and entertainment purposes. Some people knit sweaters or watch T.V. to kill time.  Thought I'd mention that so you wouldn't be thinking I was perfecting my straight jacket escape skills all this time.

Here is the link check it out:

http://filesharez.co.nf/   <--If you want to learn about FileShare click on that link. [I don't have to write a Bl0G about it seems how I made a whole Website.] PSA: "Drugs are bad! mmmkay? So is FileShare! mmmkay?"

I like HTML5 a whole lot. Almost as much as Flash. Its the best for constructing Websites in my opinion.  I'm currently playing around with WordPress. I be making a portfolio / about me thing with it. You can check that out as well.

http://the7thmatrix.byethost6.com/  <-- Its still being constructed at the time I wrote this.
WordPress has its uses besides being just for BL0GZ. Its easy to use and you don't have to learn how to code in PHP to use it. Hooorah! I used to hate PHP and now I don't think its all that bad anymore. Thanks to WordPress. It was one of those "knock it till I tried it" things. ha! So this BL0G is more like a shameless plug for the stuff I've been doing. I'm going to have to change the name to "Almost BL0G! 07"

https://wordpress.com/  <----- Check it out.

This has been one of my laziest writing adventures in my opinion.  Oh well I say! :) So I will leave who ever is reading this with a quote.

"If life gives you lemons, you should make lemonade...... And try to find somebody whose life has given them vodka, and have a party"

Assembler Language crackme!

 BL0G ZeR0 SiXXXXXX

 Hello there once again. I'm playing around with assembly stuff as I wrote in 'BL0G ZeR0 0nE '. I thought I'd try out a really easy Assembly Language Crackme from: http://crackmes.de [You have to register to get any goods] . I opened up W32dsm [You can find out about it here: W32DASM ] Looked at the Exe file opened up the  youtube  how to [They were using ollydbg but W32dsm does the same stuff.] I watched the video then after a while figured it out . I'm soo special! :)

I didn't do the keygen part. Short version of it: I debugged it, [LaFarge's crackme #2 from: http://crackmes.de/users/lafarge/lafarges_crackme_2/] loaded the list of string data items, went to a 'push' loaded the process, toggled the breakpoint, ran it, put in 'name' for the username and wrote '666' for the reg. code, got the error I wanted, played around with it for a bit, looked at the 'Hex display of data object/segments, got this:

:00406940 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 ........
:00406948 00 36 36 36 00 00 00 00 .666.... <--This was my reg. code in the Hex display
:00406950 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 ........

:00406540 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 ........
:00406548 00 33 35 36 38 33 30 37 .3568307 <--This is the actual reg. code that magically appeared
:00406550 38 33 35 00 00 00 00 00 835.....
:00406598 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 ........

At first I got:
username: name
reg. code: 3568239718

Then I tried it again for fun and to make sure it sank in and got this:
username: duck
reg. code: 3568307835

Ohhhh yeeeaaah I learned about Assembly language debugging crackme crap! Can't wait to learn more. Here are some links for you if you want to check it out:

Have you ever been infected buy a Virus? I can say I have. I remember along time ago in a galaxy far away I infected myself running an .exe file that I downloaded. The effects were instantaneous long story cut short it screwed my system hard. I'm a lot more careful now about what and where I download from.
I downloaded "VX Collector-Malware Researcher Starter Kit" [6000 virus] because I wanted to look at it, check it out, see whats what. Theres some .exe files some MSDOS applications. All of them are very small as most virus is. I ran some sandboxed and got a lot of invalid command line parameter errors with them. [Nothing too exciting] Sandboxie explained here in case you are saying "What the hell is Sandboxie?"
Sandboxie Info

[Sandboxie is an awesome program I highly recommend it.]
Typically a virus is disruptive computer code that comes in many different forms. It can do a lot of nasty weird crap like: A Virus has the potential to infect other programs each time they are executed, is also able to self-replicate, spread via networks or infect remote machines. They can be files sent as email attachments, a link to a web or FTP resource. Other viruses infect only upon a certain trigger. They may silently lurk in memory waiting for you to access a disk, copy a file, or execute a program, before infection.
Viruses do unpleasant things such as deleting files, changing random data on your disk, simulating typos, slow your PC down, crash your system, or erase your entire hard drive. Some viruses do less harmful things such as playing music, creating messages or animation on your screen.

A really old, DOS virus called “Stoned” created in in 1988, written in Assembly, is not intentionally harmful. Once in memory, the virus will infect the Master Boot Records of any diskette accessed. There's about a 1 in 8 chance that when boot up occurs, Stoned will release, its contents, causing the infested system to go beep and show the message: "Your PC is now stoned! LEGALIZE MARIJUANA!" This virus is very old, and had tons of variants.
Thus ends another Blog so don't forget to update your virus definitions and be careful what emails you open. If you're not sure what anti-virus you should use I can say download and install Avast its free and my new favorite for anti-virus because it has a very small memory load.

Quantum Computers.

 A quantum computer is a computation system that makes direct use of quantum-mechanical phenomena, such as superposition and entanglement, to perform operations on data.

Hell yeah I want one of these because it would run something like this: 1024bit  number would take a super computer 3000 years to encode a quantum computer could do it in a few minutes. Holly Scheiße! Searching a massive large database would be soo fast if I blinked I would miss it. They're really great at modeling systems with variables as well. Like Environment & Economic variables or who's the best porn star of all time haha!

Some people in the Computer industry on planet earth are building a Quantum Computer. They're constructing the components literally bit by bit, using a radical atomic-scale strategy. They will contain 3 dimensional nanowire transistors. Makes me go "Wowie Zowie!" So instead of going smaller and smaller for better and faster they will add an individual qubit. Each time they do that it doubles the computational power.  Thats really very awesome and a half times infinity.

D-Wave a company close to where I live. Founded in 1999, D-Wave Systems is the first commercial quantum computing company. In 2010 they released their first commercial system, the D-Wave One quantum computer. They've doubled the number of qubits each year, and in 2013 shipped a 512-qubit D-Wave Two system.

 D-Wave

They are also developing different layers of software to make the systems easier to use and more accessible to users. Ive learned a few programing languages maybe I can get into Quantum Computer Programing to make a program that builds itself. Haha.

Here's a Youtube Video explaining Quantum stuff and Quantum Computers.

Basic Computer Security

Yet another blog whooopeeeee! So many things to write about it makes me wonder why I have a hard time thinking about what to write. How about basic computer security. First off I have to say nothing is secure everything you can do to try to be more secure than nothing is a deterrent.  So the main deterrents you should have are.
  • Firewall
  • Antivirus
  • Antimalware

I can recomend that you use Comodo Internet Security with Malwarebytes. Don't pay for any of this stuff as it will come with alot of added features that you won't need or don't know how to use.

The worst threat a computer comes in contact with is the computer user. Its because being "secure" is more or less a pain in the ass. Remembering good passwords taking the time to scan everything you download with your up to date antivirus software on your patched and updated computer....ect is not most peoples idea of fun.
Make sure your Operating System is up to date. Take the time to read through the updates instead of installing everything without knowing what youre putting into your computer. [Like I said its a pain in the ass] If you learn the basics of security it should be adequate enough to keep from costly computer repairs loss of data and System damage. Here is a video called: Computer Security Basic Principles

You can also type "basic computer security" in a search. If you are past the basics then here are some usefull links for you to check out.

That concludes this Blog! Stay tuned for another one when ever I get around to writing it.

HTTP PR0XY

A proxy is a point to point connection between your computer  and a remote location on the Internet. There are different types of proxies such as HTTP, transparent, anonymous, elite, ssl, socks, vpn. I will be writing about HTTP proxies this time.

A proxy server is used to access Web pages by other computers. A computer requests a web page, the proxy grabs it and sends it to the requesting computer. The web server hosting the web site never comes into contact with your computers network that grabs it from the proxy server.
Click for larger view
A good example of why someone would use a proxy is to access region-restricted content. When the Jerks at Hulu decided to restrict access to everyone except to the people in the U.S. You have the option to say "Screw you guys!" I'm going to use a U.S. based proxy server and watch Hulu's garbage media anyway.
You can chain proxy servers together for more added fun. Proxies act kind of like a filter for malware and can also hide your ip address.

 The bad thing about using a proxy is you don't know who you're connecting to. Anyone running a proxy server can use a sniffer on it and when you go to login to your e-mail or whatever else, they can get your login and passwords. I wouldn't suggest you use free public proxies for logging in anywhere for this reason.
I have a separate browser just for using a proxy on it. I can use the proxified browser and the no proxy browser at the same time. That makes me special! If you want to get into the proxy fun I have links for you to send you on your way.

Blog Zero One

Today I started a Blog. I figured why not? I'm not really a writer or an author type. That means there will be sentence structure weirdness and I will most likely break a bunch of "Blogger Rulez" I'm not aware of, if they even exist. If you don't like it, me no care, you can stick it.  I wanted to stay away from copy, paste, post, shite because that’s no fun and it sucks.

 What to write? How about the wonderful subject of meself:starting this Blog! I  love Computers. I was thinking I should start a Tech Blog but then it occurred to me what if I didn’t feel like writing about Tech? Its kind of one dimensional. There will be Tech shite and other interesting stuff. Basically whatever  I feel like writing.

Here is a picture of my computer [that among other things], I use  to write this Blog. I would upgrade but its is the best for streaming in Porn:
 I'm onto Programing, Computer Security, Website Construction, Computer related stuff. etc... I'm currently learning about Buffer Overflows. The Stack. and Assembly Programing. Most of it is boring  and I'm struggling through it because Boring=Lack of Interest. That leads to "I could be doing something that doesn’t make me yawn" Here are some links in case you want to be bored as well:

What is a Buffer overflow From Wikipedia
Assembly crap Intro  You Tube Videoz
Smashing The Stack
The You Tube channel Open Security has other  useful information on it.  I put the Packet Storm link in because its a good site.  There are some things to check out maybe go WhoopdeeDoooo after you’ve had your fill of The Stack and Assembly crapage. That's all I've got for now thanks for reading this crap. Blog Zero Two coming soon to a theater near you.
